Veterinary Technician
Lead with heart. Run a tight ship. Elevate every experience.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs our Credentialed Veterinary Technician, you will be the driving force behind our surgical program — championing safe, efficient anesthetic protocols that elevate patient care and support a growing surgical case load. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our DVM team, ensuring every procedure is set up for success from induction to recovery. When cases need additional workup, you’ll back up our room teams — stepping in with the expertise and composure to keep things moving without missing a beat. This role is about more than technical skill; it’s about building a culture of safety, efficiency, and excellence that patients, clients, and your fellow team members can count on every day. This role also presents a unique opportunity to grow into a practice manager and leader.

• Oversee hospital workflows to maximize efficiency, minimize bottlenecks, and keep the surgical day running smoothly
• Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply chain accuracy for surgical and anesthetic supplies
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and hospital standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and exceptional care
