Veterinary CVT for Surgery /Anesthesia

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Assistants to join our team at our new privately owned state of the art facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care, strong sense of teamwork, and willingness to learn and grow professionally. We have a stable management team and very little turnover.

Duties:

- Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgeries, and other procedures
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
- Handle and restrain animals during procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and monitor anesthesia
- Educate pet owners on proper care and treatment plans
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies

Requirements:

- Certification or degree in Veterinary Technology or some experience desired
- Proficiency in animal handling and restraint techniques
- Knowledge of veterinary practices and procedures but we are willing to train
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and laboratory procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
