Well-established, privately-owned small animal practice in Watertown seeking part-time or full-time front desk staff/client liaison to join our team.

Experience in a veterinary office or animal care is preferred, but not required. Duties include but are not limited to: greeting and assisting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointment, invoicing and checking out patients and facilitating communications between clients and medical staff. Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are a plus.  Familiarity with ezyVet software is desired, however we will train you, and the company offers many online self-guided webinars.

We are looking for an energetic, positive, upbeat team player who is able to multi-task and work well in a busy work place.  You'll be the first interaction clients get as they walk through the door and first impressions are key!
