Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists (BEVS) is looking for a full-time veterinary technician supervisor to join our surgery department. Our surgical technicians handle all aspects of surgical nursing, monitoring anesthesia, performing diagnostics, admitting, and discharging patients, post-op care and recovery, and client service.  Our surgery department consists of one surgeon so you will be joining a dedicated, tight-knit team of professionals that are integral to the overall operations of our 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital.


We are a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with three operating rooms, one dedicated to soft-tissue and one solely for orthopedic cases. Advanced imaging includes CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, and ultrasound.

 Job Requirements

Required qualifications include Certified Veterinary Technician with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a general practice or specialty setting. Candidates must be friendly, outgoing and people oriented. Must be a self-motivated, team player who thrives in a busy environment. Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate strong technical skills. Computer and telephone skills are a must.
